When we ship your BoxBra™, we use the most reliable shipping companies to safely handle your package and ensure timely delivery. If you have any questions, please email us, and we will do our best to assist you.

Please note:

All tariffs and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Silva Style INC. (operating under the registered trademark BoxBra™) BoxBra™ does not pay tariffs and duties on your behalf, as all countries deal with imported goods differently, and we have no control over it.

• Shipping charges to Canada & USA are based per order for one BoxBra™, and each additional BoxBra™ adds $2 CAD up to a maximum of ten.
• Statutory holidays may add an extra day to delivery times.
• Deliveries are made on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding published holidays in Canada, with some Saturday deliveries for residential addresses in the USA at a possibly higher cost.
• When shipping your BoxBra™ to more than one destination, separate orders must be placed for each address.
• If there is no secure place for package delivery, you can choose to have your package delivered to your place of business.
• All orders ship from Canada.
• To estimate your delivery date, refer to the charts below to find the shipping time frame and begin counting on the business day after your order is placed. Business days do not include weekends or statutory holidays.
• Confirmed paid orders are shipped the following business day.
• Please note, times are estimated and start on the day after your order is shipped.
