Customer Service

Call us at 780-700-8244. We are open Monday to Friday, between 8 am to 5 pm Pacific Standard Time.

Return Policies:

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase from BoxBra™. If you are not satisfied with one of the BoxBra™ that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price minus the full shipping and handling charges.


  • The item must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork to ensure credit.
  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 30 days of our receiving the returned order.
  • Items ordered on www.boxbras.com cannot be returned to land-based stores that sell the BoxBra™ styles.


Damaged or Defective Items:

If you have received your BoxBra™ and it was damaged or defective upon arrival, please call us immediately. It is important that you contact BoxBra™ customer service before returning the item.


Things to have before you call us:

  • Your order number. If you do not know your order number, please review your order confirmation email.
  • Contact our Customer Service Department at 780-700-8244 or email us


Returning an Item:

Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all items and paperwork. All items must be returned in new and unused condition to ensure credit.


Ship your package to us. It is recommended that you use a traceable and insurable shipping method. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. BoxBra ™ does not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
